Wallet addresses created through the Creata Wallet application cannot be deleted from the Creata blockchain. Therefore, we are unable to delete this personal information.   • Request the restriction of processing your data you may request that Creata Wallet only process your data in limited circumstances, including with your consent. Under the California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”), you also have the right not to be discriminated against because you exercise your rights. Please note that we do not sell your data.

DATA RETENTION

Please note that even if you delete your Wallet or addresses from the Creata Wallet mobile application, uninstall Creata Wallet mobile applications from your device, or request that your information be deleted, we still may retain some information that you have provided to us to maintain Creata Wallet or to comply with the laws and regulations to which Creata Wallet is subject.   • Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

  • Public wallet addresses generated through the App cannot be deleted from the blockchain.
